Yuri Method Foundation is a nonprofit educational organization that provides application-based research, mentorship, and related youth programming. This notice explains what information we may collect and how we use it.

Depending on how a person interacts with Yuri Method Foundation, we may collect parent or guardian contact information, student identity and eligibility information, application responses, uploaded materials, educational interests and background, financial-support information, enrollment records, agreements and acknowledgments, program participation information, payment and transaction records, volunteer information, donor information, communications with the Foundation, and basic website-use or form-submission information.
Payment-card information is processed by Wix Payments or other authorized payment providers. Yuri Method Foundation does not store full payment-card numbers in its ordinary program records.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to review applications, make admissions and financial-support decisions, communicate with applicants and families, administer enrollment and tuition, deliver educational programming, support participant safety, coordinate mentors and volunteers, process contributions, maintain legal and accounting records, and improve Foundation programs and website operations.
INFORMATION ABOUT MINORS
Yuri Method Foundation programs may serve minors. Parent or guardian information, authorization, and involvement are collected where appropriate for applications, enrollment, participation, and communications.
HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with authorized Foundation staff, mentors or program personnel who need the information, website and technology providers, payment providers, professional advisors, and legal or regulatory authorities when required.
Yuri Method Foundation does not sell personal information.

Yuri Method Foundation uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information it handles. No system can guarantee absolute security.
RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for program administration, participant safety, legal and accounting requirements, and Foundation operations.

Families and other users may contact Yuri Method Foundation to correct information, ask how information is used, request access where appropriate, ask about retention or deletion, update communication preferences, or raise a privacy concern.
